After prerequisite  setup , next step is to create Transactions in Oracle. Navigation Receivable Manager-->Transactions- Transactions-->Transactions Enter Source  and Transaction type to create Transactions. Click on Line items to enter the details of items  Click on Distributions to enter Accounting details such as Code Combinations.

Oracle Receivables have two workbenches. 1.Transactions & 2.Receipts. Transactions workbench is used to create  invoices for the customers where as Receipt workbench will have information about receipt amount receive against the  transaction invoice. Transaction navigations Log in to Oracle Apps Receivables Manager --> Transactions --> Transactions Before creating Transactions in oracle, There are some mandatory prerequisite setups Batch Source and Transaction type must be defined before creating transaction in oracle.
