Image
To all the learning cloud consultants out there, Oracle Integration cloud services have started paving the way in the market and many of the customers have now started forging their existing on-premise integration architecture, to adopt Oracle Integration Cloud services. Being EBS technical consultant by myself I feel it very indispensable to learn Oracle Integration cloud services, as the future holds for cloud solutions  Before we start to learn new technology, the primary thing for the developer is to have the tools, accesses that need to be configured. In this article, I will be guiding how to sign up for an Oracle Cloud Trial account and also the steps needed to configure Oracle Integration Cloud services.  Create a free trial account using the website    cloud.oracle.com.  Once the account is successfully created the next step is to create a compartment  The compartment is a logical container in which OCI resources reside.  A resource in OCI will definitely belong to a Compartmen

Building Blocks and Life cycle operations of an Integration in Oracle Integration Cloud Services

In this article, we will learn about the building blocks required to develop integration and also go through the Life cycle of integration. First, let's discuss the pre-requisites steps required to build an integration 1. Create Connection  2. Create Integration  3. Data Mapping or Transforming between request and response connection 4.  Enable the Tracking for the integration 5. Activate the Integration 6. Run the Integration  7. Monitoring the Integration Basic flow of integrations  Connection: This is the pivotal component in OIC to start any integration, without this component integration cannot be built. Connection Component in OIC allows you to connect various Legacy and Source systems to access and update the data.  OIC provides predefined adapters like Oracle EBS, Twilio, SAP, Database, FTP, Salesforce, etc.. by selecting appropriate adapters we can create a connection service for it.  Types of connectors in OIC            Adobe eSign          AQ          Ariba          Con

What is Oracle Integration Cloud Service? What are the various type of integration flows available in OIC?

What is OIC?   OIC stands for Oracle Integration Cloud services, it comes as part of the PaaS offering.  It was launched in 2015 by oracle and during that time it was used to get called Integration Cloud services (ICS), but with continuous improvements in  ICS, it is now evolved and referred to as  OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) services. Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC) is nothing but a cloud-based integration application designed to perform integrations between cloud-based applications – but also has the capability, to perform integrations with on-premises applications. Through OIC you can accelerate the whole integration development process, as it comes with predefined inbuilt connectors like Oracle EBS On-Prem, SalesForce Cloud, Oracle SaaS Cloud, MS office   etc. which will let you connect to any of the on-premise or cloud applications, send data between them, automate business processes, and create models to gain insight into how our business is doing.   In
